What You’ll Do
- Oversee and manage the entire billing and collections process
- Prepare, review, and distribute client invoices (hands-on role)
- Monitor AR aging reports and drive timely collections
- Communicate with clients regarding billing issues and payments
- Enforce billing/collections policies and best practices
- Collaborate with partners to resolve disputes
- Lead and mentor billing and collections team
- Analyze and report on receivables for leadership
What You Need
- 7+ years in billing and collections, ideally in a law firm or professional services setting
- Deep understanding of the revenue cycle and AR processes
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams
- Excellent communication and client service abilities
- Proficiency with legal billing systems and Microsoft Office
