About the Role:

We are seeking a hands-on Accounts Receivable and Billing Admin to own the collections process and provide assistance/backup to our Billing Supervisor to the Invoca Accounting department. Invoca’s leading Software-as-a-Service product is sold on a recurring monthly basis. The successful applicant will be joining a fun, fast paced, high-growth company and will be involved in the building and improvement of business processes. Attention to detail and a positive outlook are musts.

You Will:

  • Own the entire cash collections process, including collections communications with customers and applying customer payments
  • Review outstanding A/R and provide weekly status updates on aging and estimated collection timing.
  • Internal communications related to AR
  • Assist accounting with reconciling all payments and collections.
  • Serve as backup to our Billing Supervisor to perform billing (including manual billing) and related accounting/month end close tasks out of our Zuora and NetSuite platforms
  • Other project based tasks as assigned

You Have:

  • 4 year college degree in Accounting or related field preferred or equivalent experience
  • 2 – 3 years experience in the collection process
  • Zuora experience a plus
  • Netsuite experience a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Extreme attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Fast learner, ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
  • Process orientation – You not only assumes ownership of existing processes but also look for opportunities to improve processes
  • Positive attitude and work ethic

  • Position Base Range – $26.68 to $38.81 per hour / plus bonus potential
