Schedule
- Full-time, remote (US-based)
- Must be flexible to work various shifts and overtime as needed
What You’ll Do
- Process high-volume Accounts Payable transactions, including complex invoices and foreign currency payments using SAP and other Procure-to-Pay modules
- Lead or participate in meetings with internal and external partners to resolve issues
- Ensure compliance with IRS, GAAP, SOX, and other regulatory standards
- Manage vendor maintenance tasks for domestic and international vendors
- Administer internal controls by auditing expense reports and escalating non-compliance issues
- Support process improvement initiatives and help develop Accounts Payable documentation
- Provide customer support, training, and troubleshooting for Accounts Payable systems
What You Need
- 2–4 years of experience in high-volume Accounts Payable or Procure-to-Pay environments
- Active Accounts Payable Specialist Certification (preferred)
- ERP experience (SAP strongly preferred)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulatory standards, and compliance
- Moderate proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
- Must have clean credit history
