Schedule
- Full-time, remote
- Monday–Friday, standard business hours
- Must reside in one of the following states: AZ, ID, UT, WY, TX, NC, FL, GA, SC, OH, PA, or IL
Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Entrata’s accounting products and processes
- Provide advanced technical support to accounting staff at enterprise-level customers via phone, tickets, and email
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and accounting issues with speed and professionalism
- Verify and escalate issues appropriately to development teams when required
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, R&D, and Training teams to address client needs
- Document solutions, processes, and best practices to improve efficiency across the team
- Provide training, mentoring, and coaching to peers and colleagues
- Actively participate in product sprint reviews and training sessions
- Deliver root-cause resolutions to prevent recurring issues
- Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and customer experience
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related business field
- 2+ years of experience in an accounting role, preferably with B2B technical support for enterprise clients
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills in complex, multi-platform environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication, able to document details in real time during client interactions
- Proactive, adaptable, and empathetic in high-pressure situations
- Ability to quickly learn software and build confidence with clients
- Proven skills in AR, AP, and General Ledger activities and financial reporting
Preferred
- CPA certification (not required)
- Experience with property management accounting or related software
- Experience supporting users ranging from staff accountants to CFOs
Compensation
- $54,500 – $86,000 per year, depending on experience and internal equity
