Schedule
- Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST
- Remote eligible, but candidates must currently reside in the Greater St. Louis Metropolitan area
Responsibilities
- Request, receive, and process confidential client financial statements
- Input and manage financial data while ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Communicate with clients to resolve discrepancies
- Verify balances and document results clearly
- Support internal teams by sharing client updates as needed
- Handle sensitive customer information with discretion
- Improve performance through self-assessment, training, and goal setting
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must currently reside in the Greater St. Louis Metropolitan area
- Minimum 1 year of administrative or accounting-related experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Previous AP/AR experience preferred
- Must meet all work-from-home technical requirements (cable or fiber internet with validated speeds of 25Mb download/5Mb upload and latency <100ms)
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
