Responsibilities
- Prepare ad-hoc journal entries to ensure compliance with withholding for Individual Life, Retirement, and Workforce Benefits products
- Complete monthly state withholding reconciliations and related journal entries
- Generate monthly variance reports comparing balances between ledger and Thomson Reuters Onesource
- Assist with special projects, research, and departmental initiatives
- Maintain process and procedure documentation to support department functions
- Collaborate across finance teams to support accuracy and compliance
Requirements
- High School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1+ years of related work experience
- Familiarity with key tax forms (945, 941, 1099, 1042-S, W-2, W-8, W-9) preferred
- Foundational understanding of GAAP principles
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Compensation
- Hourly range: $26.30 – $43.87
- Eligible for annual company bonus program
