The Cardio Partners Sub-Distribution (re-sellers) Account Specialist plays an integral role in the support and growth of the Sub-Distribution business. This position is responsible for executing day-to-day sales & service transactions consistent with pricing and shipping expectations, supporting the Sub-Distribution Channel Manager in onboarding new accounts, and maintaining backorders/open orders. This position will also contribute to the overall growth of the Sub-Distribution Channel through cross-selling, upselling and introducing new products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for all day-to-day communications and activities, including order entry, with Sub-Distribution customers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while facilitating profitable revenue growth within the Sub-Distribution Channel.
- Meet or Exceed targets across Key Performance Indicators (revenue, margins, call volume, etc.)
- Enter all orders and reply to all business emails and voice mails in a timely manner. Communicate to management when unable to comply.
- Provide accurate stock and shipping status to Sub-Distribution customers.
- Share pricing information with customers and update as necessary or as directed.
- Ensure backorder process is followed and customer notifications are provided at the time of each order entry and/or request.
- Monitor the backorder report daily and make proactive suggestions to Sub-Distribution Channel Manager.
- Communicate back order updates to customers as they become available or as status changes.
- Provide and/or distribute written marketing, educational or promotional communications to assigned staff and customers as needed.
- Ensure that all tracing requirements are conveyed to customers and collected monthly in accordance with established company procedures.
- Vet customer orders to ensure compliance with Cardio Partner expectations.
- Provide tracking and/or invoice information to customers as needed.
- Assist in monitoring [email protected] mailbox and reply to inquiries as needed/directed.
- Provide perspective customers with new Sub-Distribution application; collect completed applications back, score applications and present to Channel Manager for decision.
- Collect and appropriately file signed customer agreements.
- Communicate scheduled Sub-Distribution trainings and announcements; Suggest training topics and dates to management; coordinate training invites via Outlook /Google Calendar and Go-To-Meeting.
- Participate in monthly departmental training sessions.
- Onboard newly approved Sub-Distribution customers with intro information and pricing as directed by Channel Manager.
- Collaborate with management and ensure all customers are provided a summary of activities/status etc. at least once a quarter.
- Regularly interact with the Channel Manager to keep them informed of assigned account progress, status and key wins.
- Develop and maintain a high-level knowledge of all Cardio Partners products and services.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and relevant competitive information
- Attend industry functions if necessary.
- Other activities as necessary or as assigned to support Sub-Distribution Channel Manager, customers or other company objectives.
Skills/Experience Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of two years of customer service experience in a professional office environment
- Direct customer management and/or sales experience is preferred.
- Previous experience in AED/medical device distribution or a related market is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in completing a high volume of tasks accurately and efficiently on a consistent basis.
- Demonstrated success in following up and keeping management updated on completed tasks / outstanding items.
- Internally motivated and driven, positive attitude, and high degree of passion and enthusiasm for your work.
- Demonstrated ability to see the big picture and use that to make informed decisions using sound judgment.
- Curious and willing to challenge the status quo.
- Demonstrated ability to positively manage working relationships, both internally and externally.
- Exceptional professional communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills, including consistent adherence to best email practices as directed by management.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Google G-Suite experience a plus.
