About the Role
Ni2 Health (an Infinx Company) is seeking an Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to support billing, collections, and denial management within the Revenue Cycle Team. This role is ideal for someone who is action-oriented, detail-focused, and eager to grow within the organization. You’ll manage revenue processes end-to-end, troubleshoot issues impacting revenue, and collaborate across clinical and financial teams to optimize outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end revenue cycle processes (billing, collections, denials).
- Identify and resolve issues impacting revenue performance.
- Collaborate across clinical and financial departments.
- Analyze metrics and reports to drive improvements.
- Ensure adherence to revenue cycle best practices.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma required (College degree preferred).
- 5+ years experience in Accounts Receivable or Revenue Cycle Management.
- In-depth knowledge of coding guidelines, regulations, and reimbursement methodologies.
- Experience with Epic.
- Strong knowledge of payor contract negotiations & reimbursement methodologies.
- Proficiency with MS Excel and MS Outlook.
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
