The Account Installation Senior Representative processes Facets Call and Claim Ready benefit installation for new and existing client accounts. Client benefit elections are analyzed using implementation materials and Case Installation Tool (CIT). This role is responsible for reviewing, coding benefits, and ensuring compliance to required mandated legislation.
Responsibilities:
Attain and develop proficiencies with end-to-end Facets BPC processes and funding types, including Facets application, Facets Configuration Management App (FCMA), Case Installation Tool (CIT), Vista, DPL, technical processes, product knowledge, state and federal mandates, and all matrix partner interactions
Analyze and code benefits in the system to ensure they are in compliance with legislation
High volume, quality driven, production environment
Utilize job aides, standard operating procedures, internal and external documentation to perform build tasks
Meet required performance metrics, prevent Service Issues, and manage inventory within the stated cycle times
Participate in daily huddles to assess inventory needs, technical support needs, and remove barriers to ensure deliverables and commitments are met
Achieve client access to care goals and commitments
Maintain positive relationships and communication with Matrix partners
This is a coding/data entry role, will be utilizing different software programs and applications
May participate in system release requirements, internal/external audits, projects, etc.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required
Experience in business product configuration (BPC), Facets platform preferred
Computer Science knowledge required
Prior training and technical experience
Prior procedure and curriculum development experience
Experience with virtual training, including tools and engagement methods
Independent learner and self-starter
Ability to work in a matrix environment
Accurate data entry and attention to detail
Strong computer application skills (including MS Office Excel)
Advanced written communication skills
Technical aptitude and desire to learn new technology functions
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 20 – 30 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
