Schedule
- Full-time, remote (US)
- Base salary: $60,000+ guaranteed
- On-target earnings: $125,000–$150,000+ (commission plan)

What You’ll Do
- Identify and pursue new prospects in the real estate and proptech space
- Schedule and lead engaging sales demos that move buyers toward a decision
- Build and present compelling business cases to close new clients
- Earn trust by understanding needs, answering questions clearly, and guiding next steps
- Explain how Ylopo’s technology works and how it drives growth for clients
- Follow structured sales processes and track activity and pipeline data in a CRM
- Hit performance goals and metrics set by management
What You Need
- 3+ years of experience in B2B software sales and/or the real estate industry
- Comfort selling over the phone with strong presence and follow-through
- Experience using online CRM platforms consistently
- Strong listening, presentation, and objection-handling skills
- Competitive drive, high work ethic, urgency, and a closer mindset
- Ability to think fast, prioritize well, and manage your time effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Four-year degree preferred, not required
