Schedule

  • Full-time, work-from-home
  • Paid training (first 3 weeks): Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM ET
  • Regular schedule: Mon–Fri, 11:30 AM–8:00 PM ET
  • 100% attendance expected for the first 60 days
  • Must reside in: AR, AZ, FL, GA, MO, NC, SC, TN, TX, UT, or VA

What You’ll Do

  • Speak with Mission Lane credit card customers to resolve a variety of account issues
  • Communicate with empathy and clarity; identify root causes and best next steps
  • Follow policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while maintaining quality
  • Complete after-call work accurately and efficiently

What You Need

  • 1+ year of customer service experience (call center, sales, hospitality, retail, restaurants, etc.)
  • Strong verbal/written communication; explain complex topics in plain language
  • Sound judgment, problem-solving, and rapport-building skills
  • Tech-savvy; comfortable navigating multiple systems and typing quickly
  • Adaptable, feedback-friendly, and steady in tough conversations
