Schedule
- Full-time, entry-level, salaried position
- Remote (Continental U.S.); eastern/central time zones preferred
- Standard business hours with flexibility as needed
Responsibilities
- Support Regional Account Directors and Production/Onboarding teams with timely deliverables.
- Prepare client documents such as agendas, reports, and communications.
- Participate in and document client meetings and calls.
- Maintain clear communication with account teams on project status.
- Resolve client questions and escalate issues when needed.
- Organize deliverables to meet client goals and campaign results.
- Update and maintain client portals.
- Learn compliance and co-op requirements for all manufacturers.
- Proactively manage tasks and assist the account team as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
- 0–2 years of professional experience (automotive marketing/customer service experience a plus).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to think critically, manage priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible, motivated, and team-oriented.
