Schedule
- Full-time, work-from-home (must reside in AR, AZ, FL, GA, MO, NC, SC, TN, TX, UT, or VA)
- Paid Training: first 3 weeks, Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM ET (100% attendance required for first 60 days)
- Ongoing Shifts (choose one): Thu–Sun 8:30 AM–7:30 PM ET or Sat–Tue 8:30 AM–7:30 PM ET
- Workspace: private, distraction-free area; reliable internet (≥80 Mbps down / 8 Mbps up)
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the voice of Mission Lane on outbound/inbound calls with past-due customers
- Diagnose reasons for delinquency and guide customers to win-win repayment solutions
- Negotiate, handle objections, and secure commitments with dignity and respect
- Follow policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while maintaining quality
- Document every interaction accurately and meet performance targets
What You Need
- 1+ year in a customer-focused, solutions-oriented role
- Proven negotiation and/or sales experience; calm under pressure
- Clear verbal/written communication and confident objection handling
- Quick problem-solving, tech-savvy across multiple systems, growth mindset
- Ability to work required schedule and maintain excellent attendance
