Schedule
- Remote (U.S.)
- Contract role, estimated 40 hours per week
What You’ll Do
- Manage the new-hire onboarding inbox daily, answering routine questions and escalating complex issues
- Track pre-boarding and onboarding task completion and send reminders via email and text
- Follow up with new hires who miss required steps and keep tracking systems updated (Notion, Google Sheets, LMS)
- Take attendance for orientations and required trainings; follow up immediately with no-shows
- Monitor required training and compliance module completion; send reminders and escalation notices as needed
- Maintain onboarding dashboards and trackers, prepare materials, support calendar coordination, and handle other onboarding admin tasks
What You Need
- 2+ years of admin, coordination, or operations experience
- HR, onboarding, or People Ops experience preferred
- Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
- Comfortable holding deadlines and sending proactive reminders
- Clear, professional written communication
- Proficiency with Google Workspace; Notion and LMS experience is a plus
- Able to work independently, stay calm under pressure, and follow SOPs
