- Client-facing onboarding and implementation work
What You’ll Do
- Partner with new customers to understand stakeholder expectations and fleet operations while building strong relationships
- Gather, organize, and manage data required to launch Fleetworthy services
- Set up new customer accounts and guide clients through the onboarding process
- Align purchased services with client needs by partnering closely with Sales and internal teams
- Coordinate with third-party partners, vendors, and agencies to establish access for both Fleetworthy and customers
- Ensure services and billing are initiated promptly and accurately
- Document client meetings and calls, and actively participate in implementation conversations
- Respond quickly to customer and internal requests, keeping work moving and expectations clear
- Proactively communicate with clients to collect needed info and provide account updates
- Support the creation and upkeep of documented implementation procedures
- Provide input on project estimates and timelines, and maintain work-in-progress records and archives
What You Need
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Business/Business Management, or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience in client services or project management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (including Excel) and CRM systems
- Strong communication, listening, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to apply concepts across different client situations
