What You’ll Do
- Conduct outbound calls and/or support campaigns when directed
- Document customer transactions thoroughly in the host system
- Follow scheduled shifts to maintain consistent phone coverage
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory guidelines
- Safeguard Protected Health Information (PHI) according to information security policies and procedures
- Follow safety guidelines outlined in the Illness and Injury Prevention Program
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year of call center experience
- 6 months of healthcare claims experience
- Ability to read and interpret business correspondence, procedure manuals, and plan documents
- Basic math skills and intermediate typing skills
- Ability to sit for long periods and multitask effectively
- Private, secured workspace free of distractions
- Strong attention to detail for data entry differences and processing accuracy
- Ability to follow written directions (emails, SOPs) and stay self-motivated
- Ability to prioritize work, make judgment calls, and adapt to change
