Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Remote (Oklahoma and Florida residents only)
  • Scheduled shift adherence required for coverage

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct outbound calls and/or support campaigns when directed
  • Document customer transactions thoroughly in the host system
  • Follow scheduled shifts to maintain consistent phone coverage
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory guidelines
  • Safeguard Protected Health Information (PHI) according to information security policies and procedures
  • Follow safety guidelines outlined in the Illness and Injury Prevention Program

What You Need

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1 year of call center experience
  • 6 months of healthcare claims experience
  • Ability to read and interpret business correspondence, procedure manuals, and plan documents
  • Basic math skills and intermediate typing skills
  • Ability to sit for long periods and multitask effectively
  • Private, secured workspace free of distractions
  • Strong attention to detail for data entry differences and processing accuracy
  • Ability to follow written directions (emails, SOPs) and stay self-motivated
  • Ability to prioritize work, make judgment calls, and adapt to change
