Schedule
- Remote (U.S.)
- Part-time evening role: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–8:00 PM ET
- Applicants across approved states considered (AL, AZ, FL, GA, ID, MD, MI, MO, NJ, NY, NC, OH, PA, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI)
- Priority for candidates who can reliably work Eastern Time hours
- Pay: $15.00/hour
What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming calls from patients, labs, and pharmacies
- Support patients via live chat through Honeydew’s website
- Schedule appointments and route inquiries to the right departments
- Provide clear information on treatments, prescriptions, lab work, and general processes
- Troubleshoot concerns, escalate issues when needed, and follow through
- Document interactions accurately in the CRM system
- Deliver a compassionate, professional experience every time
What You Need
- Customer service and/or call center experience (preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Calm, professional presence under pressure
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort switching between tools
- Reliable availability Monday–Friday, 3:00–8:00 PM ET
