Schedule
- Remote (United States)
- Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts scheduled within 5:00am–8:00pm Pacific Time
- One Saturday shift per month required
- High outbound expectations: 75+ dials per day or 5+ hours of talk time
What You’ll Do
- Partner with newly enrolled Pros to build a customized onboarding plan based on their goals
- Support Pros through their first 30 days to help them implement Housecall Pro and reach activity targets
- Make 75+ outbound dials per day or maintain 5+ hours of talk time to connect with your portfolio
- Listen for customer needs, handle objections, and find creative solutions while reinforcing product value
- Coach customers on product basics and practical implementation inside their business
- Identify high-risk accounts quickly and escalate to the right resolution paths when needed
- Collaborate as a strong team player with clear communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
What You Need
- 2+ years of full-time experience in a client-facing onboarding or support role
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
- 6+ months of outbound sales or prospecting experience (preferred)
- Excellent English reading, writing, and verbal communication skills
- Reliable, adaptable, professional customer-facing presence
- Curious mindset and eagerness to learn
- Experience using AI tools to improve quality and efficiency

- Compensation: $19.44–$27.76/hour (base + potential performance bonus); $57,750 OTE ($40,425 base) + uncapped earning potential
