What You’ll Do

  • Partner with newly enrolled Pros to build a customized onboarding plan based on their goals
  • Support Pros through their first 30 days to help them implement the product and reach key outcomes
  • Make 75+ outbound dials per day or maintain 5+ hours of talk time to connect with your portfolio
  • Listen for needs, handle objections, solve problems creatively, and resell product value when needed
  • Coach customers on product basics and practical implementation inside their business
  • Identify high-risk accounts quickly and escalate to the right resolution paths when needed
  • Communicate clearly and confidently through coaching, presentation, and support conversations
  • Contribute as a strong team player in a fast-changing onboarding environment

What You Need

  • 2+ years of experience in a full-time, client-facing onboarding or support role
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
  • 6+ months of outbound sales or prospecting experience (preferred)
  • Excellent English reading, writing, and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable, adaptable, and professional customer-facing presence
  • Curious mindset with a willingness to learn fast
  • Experience using AI tools to improve quality and efficiency
