Schedule

  • Full-time, remote (United States)
  • Minimum of 2 shifts per week: 10:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. CST
  • Remaining workdays: 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CST
  • One Saturday per month: 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CST
  • Evening and weekend availability required based on business needs

What You’ll Do

  • Answer incoming customer calls in a timely, friendly, professional way
  • Gather information to accurately update customer accounts and applications
  • Verify customer contracts promptly to support funding and company goals
  • Identify potential contract/application issues and communicate them to the right team for resolution
  • Complete administrative tasks that support the underwriting process before or after funding

What You Need

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience in credit, customer service, or related work
  • Financial industry experience (plus)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work evenings and occasional weekends
