What You’ll Do
- Coordinate deliveries end-to-end from booking through successful drop-off
- Provide customer and driver support via chat and phone
- Communicate with pickup and drop-off contacts to ensure smooth delivery execution
- Surface operational pain points and share feedback to help optimize Curri’s logistics processes
What You Need
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-moving environment
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong customer service skills (calm, clear, helpful)
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets)
