What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email with clear, professional, empathetic communication
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues, including billing questions, using judgment to resolve or escalate as needed
  • Maintain and update customer accounts in internal platforms and CRM tools with strong accuracy and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with peers and internal partners to deliver timely resolutions and a seamless customer experience
  • Contribute to team initiatives by sharing feedback, mentoring newer colleagues, and supporting continuous improvement

What You Need

  • Associate degree in Business, Communications, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred)
  • 1–2 years of customer service or client-facing experience, ideally in a multi-channel support environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills with good escalation judgment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including de-escalation and trust-building
  • Team-oriented mindset with willingness to mentor and contribute ideas
  • Organized, detail-oriented work style with strong prioritization and professionalism
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel is a must)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
