What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming calls, handle faxes, and route/triage inquiries to the right person
- Explain insurance eligibility, coverage, deductibles, and customer financial responsibility
- Process new order intake, including insurance verification and gross margin checks (researching products on vendor sites)
- Request, collect, and review required documentation (CMN, LMN, chart notes)
- Coordinate with customers, payers, distributors, and medical providers to complete initial orders
- Provide order status updates and communicate with internal teams (MSAMs/ISRs); upload files when needed
- Collect and process out-of-pocket payments prior to shipment
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies and federal regulations
- Resolve customer concerns with a customer-first mindset
What You Need
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1+ year experience in insurance eligibility verification
- 1+ year experience calculating deductibles and coinsurance (primary and secondary)
- Experience with Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance
- Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills
- Ability to work fast and manage multiple priorities

Pay is $18.00 to $22.00 per hour.
