Equip is a fully virtual, evidence-based eating disorder treatment program focused on helping people access care that works. Patients receive a dedicated care team (therapist, dietitian, physician, plus peer and family support), and Equip operates in all 50 states with broad insurance partnerships.

What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound inquiries via phone, email, and web forms from patients, families, and referrers
- Share program details, discuss insurance and finances, and route inquiries to the right teams
- Collect patient info and accurately enter data into CRM and internal systems
- Schedule screening appointments, make reminder calls, and provide live support when requested
- Resolve requests in one contact when possible, or manage longer issues with strong empathy and follow-through
- Encourage interested families to continue with the admissions process
- Handle other tasks as assigned to support the admissions flow
What You Need
- 2+ years in call center, customer service, and/or patient scheduling
- Experience managing fast-paced, high-volume inbound calls
- Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating across teams
- Organized, results-driven, and able to multitask without dropping details
- Comfortable with ambiguity and evolving processes in a startup environment
