What You’ll Do
- Process medical record requests in a high-volume production environment
- Take inbound calls from patients, insurance companies, and attorneys to provide medical record status updates
- Document request details across multiple platforms (often using two monitors)
- Track and update request information to keep records moving through the workflow
What You Need
- Comfort working in a high-volume, production-style environment
- Strong attention to detail and consistent documentation habits
- Phone skills and professionalism when speaking with patients and third parties
- Ability to learn multiple systems and toggle between tools quickly
