What You’ll Do
- Process and review stipulation documents to ensure they meet company requirements
- Learn and apply stipulation policy, escalating documents or situations that require supervisor review
- Communicate with dealers by phone and email to answer questions, resolve issues, and provide updates
- Build and maintain strong dealer relationships to support existing business and develop new business
- Assist with inbound dealer and customer calls, including credit application entry as needed
- Verify loan terms with new customers, answer customer service calls, and take customer payments by phone
- Partner with management to grow underwriting skills and increase decision authority over time
What You Need
- Associate’s degree in business, finance, communication, marketing, or related field, OR 1 year of underwriting/lending experience
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask under deadlines
- Strong communication skills and comfort handling phone and email support with dealers and customers
- Ability to read and interpret financial and legal documents and respond to inquiries professionally
- Comfort with basic math calculations (percentages, proportions, interest, commissions, etc.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet tools
