Aesthetix CRM provides CRM software for aesthetic practices like plastic surgery offices and medical spas. The platform includes tools for email marketing, sales pipelines, marketing automation, texting, call tracking, live chat, funnel building, analytics, and review growth.

What You’ll Do
- Manage onboarding for new clients, including up to 4 client meetings, requirements gathering, and expectation setting
- Build and maintain standard onboarding processes and documentation
- Coordinate across sales, product, and support to ensure smooth handoffs and client transitions
- Train and support clients so they can confidently use the software and get value fast
- Address onboarding issues, escalate when needed, and keep progress moving
- Track onboarding milestones and ensure timelines and deliverables stay on schedule
- Communicate proactively with clients and their agencies with updates, feedback loops, and timeline management
- Stay current on product updates and industry best practices to advise clients well
What You Need
- Prior experience in customer onboarding or implementation management
- Strong project management skills (prioritizing multiple onboardings at once)
- Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to build trust quickly
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- CRM or software industry experience preferred
- Proficiency with CRM tools and project management software
- Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
