- Pay: $23.55 per hour (about $49,000 annually)

What You’ll Do
- Collect information from clients to prepare annual 401(k) reporting
- Review client-submitted documents for completeness and accuracy
- Reconcile certain plans (rollovers and plan stock) using Excel and administration software
- Use administration software to complete 401(k) testing and reporting
- Make outgoing reminder calls and send emails during the reporting process
- Prepare required government filings, including IRS Form 5500, using filing software
- Educate clients on 401(k) administration and plan documents
- Share knowledge and explain complex topics in a clear, simple way
- Train toward Retirement Plan Administrator I concepts and take on additional duties as needed
What You Need
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail with a proactive problem-solving style
- Strong customer service, organization, and collaboration skills
- Solid math and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Preferred: associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field (business, finance, etc.) or equivalent experience
- Preferred: basic knowledge of 401(k) structure, ROBS, and IRS/DOL regulations
- Ability to work autonomously and be self-directed in a remote environment
