What You’ll Do
- Coordinate schedules for ABA therapists and clients through phone, email, and Google Chat
- Make outbound calls to confirm appointments, reschedule sessions, and handle last-minute changes
- Keep scheduling data accurate with timely updates to reflect availability, appointment changes, and client needs
- Manage multiple communication channels while prioritizing tasks and keeping workflows smooth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with therapists and clients through clear, friendly communication
- Work with the administrative team to resolve scheduling conflicts and gaps
- Support additional administrative tasks as needed
What You Need
- Comfort and confidence making outbound calls, including follow-ups and last-minute reschedules
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially over email and Google Chat
- Experience with scheduling, phone-heavy coordination, or data entry (highly preferred)
- Familiarity with scheduling tools and Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Chat)
- Strong attention to detail managing multiple schedules and frequent updates
- Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and strong teamwork skills
