What You’ll Do
- Analyze multiple supplier data file formats using software tools to create dispute exposure analytics
- Collaborate with suppliers, supply chain teams, and distribution centers to track, document, resolve, or escalate statement disputes
- Lead conference calls or meetings with supplier partners to resolve issues and drive process improvements
- Resolve discrepancies quickly and responsibly to support Accounts Payable targets and protect supplier funding
- Build and deliver daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports for reconciliation and ledger-impact reporting
- Present reporting and findings to management
What You Need
- Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred, not required)
- 2+ years of accounts payable or related experience (preferred)
- Microsoft Office proficiency, including intermediate Excel skills
- Strong analytical thinking and issue resolution ability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize work and operate independently in a high-volume setting
