They specialize in revenue cycle management and help clinical teams focus on patient care by solving complex reimbursement and revenue issues.
Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours/week
- Remote (U.S. nationwide)
- Time zone: Eastern
What You’ll Do
- Reconcile intake discrepancies within assigned billing systems and client divisions
- Perform regular audits to confirm all records are captured and processed for billing
- Analyze data trends and recommend improvements to current reconciliation practices
- Create and distribute weekly reporting to support accurate, timely billing workflows
- Prepare monthly scorecards and reports for senior leadership and external clients
- Participate in reconciliation-driven projects, including accessing EMR/charge capture systems to process and review records
- Lead coordination and communication of reconciliation results across stakeholders
- Document procedural gaps and partner with team leads/managers to resolve them
- Handle other assigned tasks tied to reconciliation outcomes and timely billing
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic SQL knowledge
- 1+ year of data analysis experience
- 1+ year of medical billing experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good judgment and ability to make timely, well-supported decisions
- Independent, proactive work style with tight reporting deadlines
- Ability to prioritize and hit objectives on schedule
- Typing: 40 WPM required (50 WPM preferred)
- Basic 10-key, math, and standard office software skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
