You’ll be the first real human new PushPress Grow customers meet after they sign up, and your job is to get them from “I just bought this” to “Oh, this is working” fast. You’ll own onboarding from kickoff through launch, reduce early churn, and build confidence through clear guidance, disciplined follow-through, and strong product knowledge.

What You’ll Do
- Guide new clients through PushPress Grow setup, including CRM, A2P registration, and key integrations
- Deliver onboarding via a mix of 1:1 calls and Intercom-based support
- Teach workflows tied to each gym’s goals and operating model
- Track onboarding progress, follow up proactively, and remove blockers fast
- Partner with Support and Operations to identify and close onboarding gaps
- Improve onboarding clarity by updating Help Docs and PushStart content
- Spot early churn signals and escalate risks to Support or Operations teams
- Provide “how-to” guidance through chat during the onboarding phase
What You Need
- Strong working knowledge of PushPress Core and Grow, including CRM configuration and workflows
- 2+ years in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or client-facing setup roles
- 2+ years in gym ownership, gym management, or fitness operations
- Comfort leading onboarding via video, screen share, and live troubleshooting
- Strong project management with milestone ownership and consistent follow-through
- Clear communication that makes technical concepts feel simple
- High attention to detail and disciplined tracking in tools/systems
- Calm, empathetic support style for customers who feel overwhelmed
