Schedule

  • Part-time options:
    • Mon–Fri 9:00am–1:00pm CST
    • Mon & Tue 6:00am–5:00pm CST
  • Required training (full-time for 5 weeks): Mon–Fri 8:00am–5:00pm (then you move into the part-time schedule)

Location
Remote, but you must live in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, or Texas.

What You’ll Do

  • Support members, brokers, providers, and vendors across multiple channels
  • Manage an assigned caseload while hitting service, productivity, and quality targets
  • Track work-in-progress issues and escalate appropriately to meet turnaround times
  • Follow standard operating procedures for customer interactions and back-office tasks
  • Participate in process improvement work
  • Handle PHI and follow operational, regulatory, and compliance requirements

What You Need

  • 1+ year in a high-volume or customer-focused role
  • 1+ year of healthcare experience
  • High school diploma or GED

Bonus Points

  • Strong analytical/problem-solving skills
  • Bilingual Spanish (speak/read/write)
  • Experience with accurate data entry
  • Advanced Google Suite or Microsoft Office skills
