What You’ll Do
- Respond to client inquiries and ensure high satisfaction
- Partner with operational and portfolio management teams to resolve client needs quickly
- Take immediate action on issues and escalate when appropriate
- Input trades and complete audits accurately
- Offer solutions that improve or enhance the client experience
- Participate in, and occasionally lead, projects
- Follow process standards and documented procedures
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Bilingual Spanish/English
- 5+ years of experience in customer service, business process, or project management
- 3+ years of Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Strong ability to juggle multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines
- Ability to interpret data and identify exceptions
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and relationship-building ability
- Detail-oriented, organized, and strong follow-through
- Knowledge of bank products, procedures, and customer service
- Knowledge of lending regulations
- Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
