Schedule
- Full-time (40 hours/week), remote
- Required paid training: 10 days, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM CST
- Call center hours: Monday–Sunday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM (shift assigned at hire)
- Must be able to follow a fixed daily schedule (start time, breaks, lunch, end time)
What You’ll Do
- Make high-volume outbound calls using an automatic dialer (around 50 calls/hour) to offer and schedule free health evaluations
- Follow approved scripts (20+), explain the program clearly, and handle rebuttals professionally
- Hit daily performance goals (example targets include 300–400 dials/day and 24 appointments/day)
- Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments with members and contracted providers as needed
- Track and monitor metrics like calls, handle time, productivity, and appointments through reporting tools
- Escalate member complaints immediately to leadership
- Participate in peer coaching and side-by-side support when needed
- Follow HIPAA and privacy/security requirements when handling protected health information
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- 1+ year call center experience or 2+ years general work experience
- Comfort working in a metrics-driven environment (outbound/high-volume experience preferred)
- Confident, persuasive communication style with strong rebuttal skills and professional courtesy
- Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems while on calls
- Work-from-home readiness: reliable internet with 10MB upload/download, quiet workspace, and ability to use provided equipment
