What You’ll Do
- Convert prospects into qualified applicants for LU Online programs
- Handle a high volume of outbound calls and incoming inquiries
- Counsel prospects on program fit, admissions requirements, transfer guidelines, financial aid basics, and military-related questions
- Answer complex questions about admissions policies and procedures
- Log contacts and update records in information management systems
- Promote program benefits across undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral offerings
- Partner with internal support offices to solve student concerns
- Use daily/weekly coaching feedback to improve performance and hit KPIs
- Suggest improvements to recruitment and student services processes
What You Need
- High school diploma (required)
- Customer service or sales experience (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree and contact center experience (plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong verbal and written communication (respond to emails/calls within 24 hours)
- Sound judgment to help students overcome enrollment obstacles
- Ability to sit for long periods and occasionally lift up to 10 lbs
