Schedule
- Remote within the United States
- Shifts assigned within:
- Mon–Fri: 8:45 a.m.–8:15 p.m. ET
- Weekends/holidays: 9:45 a.m.–7:15 p.m. ET
- Full-time, regular schedule (shift varies within those windows)
What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls supporting the Medicare appeals process
- Resolve questions, complaints, and requests using internal policies and procedures
- Log and retrieve info in automated systems and complete accurate data entry (including electronic faxes)
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, fax, or mail within required turnaround times
- Communicate with hospitals, physicians, beneficiaries, and other recipients
- Investigate issues, resolve when possible, and escalate tough cases appropriately
- Meet service level and call volume standards
- Initiate files by entering demographic, provider, and procedure details
- Serve as a liaison between Review Supervisors and external providers
- Maintain call logs and document outcomes
- Follow HIPAA policies and privacy/security rules
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Bilingual Spanish/English (required)
Nice to Have
- Ability to research and resolve Medicaid eligibility issues
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Medical terminology knowledge
- Health insurance industry experience
- Familiarity with CPT and HCPCS codes (preferred)

- $15.85–$19.81 per hour
