What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to prospective members to introduce Wider Circle programs
- Build rapport, learn member needs, and explain value clearly and persuasively
- Respond to questions and concerns with professional customer service
- Document interactions accurately and update records in the outreach database
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly call targets and performance metrics
- Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to improve outreach strategies
- Participate in training to stay current on call center best practices and program knowledge
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal communication with an engaging, persuasive style
- Ability to handle rejection and stay resilient in a target-driven environment
- Basic computer skills for data entry and call center software
- Preferred: experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to goals
- Reliable, quiet home workspace for remote work
- Strong time management, organization, and attention to detail
- Adaptability and comfort with a wide range of customer interactions
- Team-first mindset with solid problem-solving skills
