What You’ll Do
- Provide ad hoc training, education, troubleshooting, and problem resolution for new and existing customers
- Report and track bugs to support product improvement
- Recommend best-practice use cases based on the customer’s business needs
- Stay current on Limble features and guide customers toward best-practice standards
- Proactively escalate at-risk customers to prevent churn or dissatisfaction
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support customer outcomes
- Coordinate product demos and route qualified prospects to Sales
- Support Sales with product knowledge when needed
- Build strong customer relationships through world-class service
- Maintain an organized, accurate task list visible to the Success team and leadership
What You Need
- Passion for delivering a strong customer experience via email, chat, phone, and video
- Experience working cross-functionally in a customer-facing organization
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (Excel skills are a strong plus)
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Resourceful troubleshooting mindset with creativity and strategic thinking
- Comfort working in a high-growth environment with shifting priorities and evolving requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Availability to work the required schedule: 11:00pm–8:00am CT (Sun–Thurs)
- Nice to have: B2B customer success/support/account management experience
- Nice to have: SaaS experience
- Nice to have: exposure to equipment maintenance, machinery, or manufacturing
