Nterval Funding is a fast-growing financial services company specializing in real estate commission advances. They partner with agents nationwide to provide early access to earned commissions, helping them maintain cash flow and keep business moving with speed, service, and trust.
Schedule
- Part-time to start: 20–30 hours per week
- Monday–Friday
- Remote (flexible remote or hybrid options mentioned)
- Pay: $25–$30 per hour
What You’ll Do
- Follow up with escrow, title, and brokerages to collect required confirmations and keep timelines updated
- Push approved deals toward same-day or next-day funding
- Confirm commission amounts, closing dates, and documentation accuracy
- Track and communicate delays, cancellations, and closing date changes
- Identify funding and repayment risks early and resolve them proactively
- Coordinate next steps with agents when deals stall or fall through
- Support repayment follow up after closing
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance throughout each file
- Update Salesforce as transactions progress
- Support operations, accounting, and collections teams as needed
- Build relationships with agents to improve speed and increase repeat usage
What You Need
- Experience in client success, collections, loan processing, or account management
- Exposure to financial services, mortgage, escrow, title, or real estate transactions
- Working knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organization and deadline management
