- Fully remote (U.S.)
- Standard collaboration window: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (for meetings and team syncs)
- Flexible hours as long as you show up for required meetings, communicate well across time zones, and hit deadlines
What You’ll Do
- Document and update marketing processes using CoE standards and BPMN best practices
- Set benchmarks and KPIs for marketing teams to measure process performance and improvement impact
- Build automations for recurring marketing tasks using tools like Make, Zapier, and Manus (no hard coding required)
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing (all channels), Copy, Design, and Marketing Science & Education to optimize workflows
- Collaborate with other Center of Excellence “realms” to share learnings and support broader company integrations and improvements
- Adapt scope as the organization evolves (with mutual agreement)
What You Need
- 2+ years of experience focused on marketing processes, specifically in D2C marketing
- Experience building and updating internal procedures that reflect both strategy and day-to-day execution
- Ability to work independently and adjust quickly as business needs shift
- Demonstrated success working remotely or asynchronously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
- Experience with Salesforce, Shopify, Tableau, or Amazon
- Familiarity with PM platforms, Slack, Google Workspace, Zapier and/or Make
- Working knowledge of common marketing KPIs
