  • Location: Remote (Virtual)
  • Employment Type: Full time
  • Overtime: Occasional, as needed
  • Pay: $21.05 – $23.71 per hour

What You’ll Do

  • Handle call queue questions, provide claim updates, and route callers correctly
  • Create and send Total Loss Packets using state-specific requirements
  • Follow up with owners/insureds for missing or corrected documents
  • Follow up with lienholders for required title-related documents
  • Send revised packets as needed and meet internal cycle times/metrics
  • Review uploaded documents to confirm compliance with state guidelines
  • Launch “Okay to Pay” to the owner/insured or lienholder when appropriate
  • Monitor and manage a shared inbox to keep tasks moving per policy and timelines
  • Review and work aged inventory to push resolution and file closure
  • Serve as a point of contact for Copart sellers (in some cases)
  • Support special projects such as cross-training, SME support for training, and trend tracking/reporting

What You Need

  • 1+ year of office/customer service experience
  • High school diploma (or equivalent)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic office equipment
  • Ability to analyze title documents and follow company and state guidelines
  • Comfortable working with DMVs and lienholders
  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and prioritization skills
  • Basic 10-key and basic math skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Fluent English reading/writing
  • Valid driver’s license
