What You’ll Do
- Maintain inventory of study consumables, kits, and devices
- Coordinate couriers and generate study shipments
- Track deliveries, returns, and failures for kits/devices; escalate issues when needed
- Keep accurate shipment records and stock levels
- Test participant engagements and surveys for content/functionality
- Enforce version control so the right engagement versions go live
- Monitor engagement activity and survey completion rates
- Support patient/participant engagements
- Help configure and maintain study workflows in the platform
- Validate platform setup, study configurations, and survey logic
- Identify anomalies/system issues and escalate appropriately
- Update operational trackers after actions
- Prepare recruitment summaries
- Support audit-readiness
- Coordinate cross-team work to keep delivery smooth
What You Need
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable with digital systems and online tools
- Familiarity with Google Suite
- Strong written communication skills
- Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn
- Able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment
