This is an end-to-end billing role with real production expectations (45 claim follow-ups per day) plus admin support and phones. If you’re strong in revenue cycle and you don’t mind wearing a few hats, it’s a solid “busy but straightforward” setup.

One thing to watch: they don’t list pay, but they do list a hard KPI plus phones plus admin. That usually means the workload is heavier than the title suggests. If you apply, make sure you ask early what the expected call volume is and how they define “45 claim follow-ups” (attempts vs confirmed dispositions).
