What You’ll Do
- Manage and maintain accurate schedules for Design Consultants
- Handle inbound and outbound confirmation calls
- Confirm key appointment criteria (homeownership, project interest/scope, decision-maker availability)
- Reinforce appointment expectations and the value of the in-home consult
- Reduce cancellations, reschedules, and no-shows
- Document updates and notes accurately in the CRM
- Communicate schedule changes and concerns to sales leadership
What You Need
- 2+ years of experience in confirmations, call center, or sales-related roles
- Strong verbal communication and phone presence
- Highly organized with strong prioritization skills
- Detail-oriented with consistent follow-through
- Comfortable working fast-paced
