What You’ll Do
- Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide
- Help customers resolve basic technical issues
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
- Offer additional products and/or services (soft sales/upsell)
- Deliver a professional, friendly customer experience on every interaction
What You Need
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- 6+ months of soft sales experience (upselling/recommending, telemarketing, soliciting, etc.)
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort learning new tools and navigating systems quickly
- Strong computer navigation skills and general PC knowledge
- High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
- Desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing (work computer may be provided, not guaranteed)
- Must live in the United States and have a valid U.S. residential address
