What You’ll Do
- Assist customers with issues and concerns while using a product and/or service
- Document call details for auditing and reporting
- Maintain and update customer information as needed
- Upsell existing customers on new or enhanced services
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- Customer service experience (a plus)
- Strong computer navigation skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Strong listening and comprehension skills
- Professional, courteous, and customer-focused approach
- Private work-from-home setup at the address on your personnel file
- Wired broadband connection (DSL or cable only, no satellite/dial-up/wireless)
- Hardwired internet speeds: 10 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload (proof required)
