What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls and support customers with plans, upgrades, add-on services, and billing questions
- Troubleshoot basic telecom and mobile device issues
- Listen with empathy, advocate for the customer, and resolve concerns with patience
- De-escalate tense situations while staying calm and professional
- Spot chances to upsell or enhance accounts with products/services that fit customer needs
- Collaborate with a supportive call center team to hit service goals
What You Need
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to stay calm, empathetic, and solutions-focused in fast-paced customer interactions
- High school diploma or GED (must be available for upload verification)
- 6+ months of customer service or sales experience preferred
- Private work-from-home setup that matches the address on file
- Comfort using company-issued equipment (webcam, desktop, mouse, keyboard, etc.)
- Wired broadband connection (DSL or cable only, no satellite/dial-up/wireless 5G)
- Hardwired workstation with minimum internet speeds: 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
