Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours/week
- Monday–Friday, 9:30am–6:00pm PST (8-hour shift + 30-minute unpaid lunch)
- 100% remote (must be available across time zones)
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain every clinician schedule in Athena
- Monitor clinician schedules daily and make real-time adjustments
- Manage patient waitlists to backfill openings as they pop up
- Reschedule patients as needed to protect access and continuity
- Adjust clinician templates/hours based on care needs and business priorities
- Provide cross-coverage support for Care Coordinator Team responsibilities as assigned
What You Need
- 3+ years of clinical scheduling experience specifically building clinician schedules (not just booking patient visits)
- Strong preference for AthenaHealth scheduling experience (they’re looking for an expert)
- 1+ year working for a digital healthcare company
- Comfort scheduling across multiple time zones
- High attention to detail, self-starter energy, reliable follow-through
