If you’ve been in the trenches of ABA or therapy billing and you’re the person who can talk to payors, talk to clients, and keep internal teams moving without dropping balls, this role is for you. It’s part account management, part AR recovery, part “make the chaos make sense,” with real ownership over outcomes.

Reality check (so you don’t waste time):
This is not entry-level medical billing. If you don’t already have ABA billing plus payor follow-up, denials, and appeals experience, they’re probably going to pass. But if you do, you’ll look like a sniper because this role is basically “AR quarterback.”
Happy Hunting,
